When you write to us
If you use the form on this website, we receive your name, the contact details you give us, the reason you chose, and your message. We keep it so that someone can reply and so we do not lose track of you.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with anyone outside the church. We do not add you to any mailing list without asking.
If you would like us to delete what we hold about you, write to mukizafrank1@gmail.com and we will do it.
What we keep, and who sees it
We keep a record of what each person gives, because the law requires us to receipt donations and because donors need annual statements for their taxes.
Individual giving records are seen only by the Treasurer and, where necessary, the person who conducts the annual independent review. They are not shown to the board, to the congregation, or to anyone else.
You may give anonymously. If you do, we cannot issue you a receipt.
Photographs and video
Our services are sometimes photographed or streamed. If you would rather not appear, tell any of our leaders before the service and we will make sure you do not.
Children. We do not publish a photograph of a child without written permission from a parent or guardian, and we never publish a child's full name alongside their photograph.
If a photograph of you or your child is on this website and you want it taken down, write to us and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.
Cookies and counting visitors
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Some pages load a map from Google and a video player from YouTube. Those companies may set their own cookies when you use them. That is their doing, not ours, and we have no access to what they collect.
We may count how many people visit each page, without recording who they are.
Ask us anything about this.
